Refunds & Returns Policy

Because PromptStoreAI offers digital products, all purchases are generally final. However, THE SOCIAL EDIT (Reg No: 2025/345100/07) may consider refunds under certain conditions.

1. No Physical Returns

All products are digital. There is nothing physical to return.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Failure to deliver the purchased product despite confirmed payment

  • Technical issues preventing access or use that we cannot resolve

Refunds are not granted for change of mind, user error, or device incompatibility (assuming system requirements given).

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Submit your request via email within 7 days of purchase.

  • Include proof of purchase, order ID, and relevant account information.

  • Describe the issue clearly (non-access, duplicate, etc.).

4. Evaluation & Decision

  • We will review your request.

  • If approved, refund is processed to the original payment method.

  • If denied, we will provide an explanation.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds typically take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Bank processing times may cause variation.

6. No Refunds for Certain Cases

  • Change of mind, buyer’s remorse

  • Incompatibility, if system requirements were disclosed

  • Partial usage or partial downloads

7. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by South African law.
